Meadowly · Last updated: August 13, 2026
The short version: Meadowly collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.
Nothing. Meadowly has no server. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no sign-up, no email list, and no analytics or advertising technology inside the app.
Your focus sessions, tasks, notes, wins, and meadow are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database (SwiftData). If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it. We have no copy and no way to access it.
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Your payment details never touch Meadowly — we only receive an anonymous confirmation from Apple that a subscription is active. Refunds and billing are handled by Apple; you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The focus timer shown on your lock screen (Live Activity) is rendered on-device by iOS. No data leaves your phone.
Meadowly is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, of any age.
Meadowly is a productivity and planning tool. It does not collect health data and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
If Meadowly ever changes how it handles data (for example, if we add an optional sync feature), this policy will be updated first and the change will be clearly announced in the app before anything takes effect.
