Your tasks, notes, mood check-ins and meadow stay on your device. No Meadowly account is required. We receive subscription purchase records from Apple to understand subscriptions, renewals and cancellations. We do not use those records for advertising tracking.
Our subscription dashboard receives App Store Server Notifications from Apple. These include subscription product and transaction identifiers, purchase and expiration dates, introductory-offer information, and events such as renewals, cancellations and refunds. We store these records and the notification payloads in a Cloudflare-hosted database for subscription analytics. Transaction identifiers can connect events for the same purchase; these records are not treated as fully anonymous.
We do not receive your tasks, notes, focus history or mood check-ins through this dashboard. We do not sell subscription records or combine them with data from other companies for targeted advertising.
Your focus sessions, tasks, notes, mood check-ins, wins, and meadow are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database (SwiftData). If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it. We have no copy and no way to access it.
Apple processes subscription payments through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card or bank details. The app checks subscription access with StoreKit, and our separate dashboard receives the purchase records described above. Refunds and billing are handled by Apple; you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Apple provides the purchase service. Cloudflare hosts our subscription dashboard and its database. The dashboard currently retains purchase-event records without an automatic expiry schedule. Contact us below to ask about access to or deletion of records relating to your purchase. We may need purchase information to locate the relevant records; do not send passwords or payment card details.
The focus timer shown on your lock screen (Live Activity) is rendered on-device by iOS. No data leaves your phone.
Meadowly is designed for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Meadowly is a productivity and planning tool. It does not collect health data and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
If Meadowly ever changes how it handles data (for example, if we add an optional sync feature), this policy will be updated first and the change will be clearly announced in the app before anything takes effect.
