These terms apply to the Meadowly iOS application ("Meadowly", "the app"), operated by Adrijus ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Meadowly you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all App Store apps. Where these terms are silent, Apple's standard EULA governs.

1. What Meadowly is (and isn't)

Meadowly is a productivity and planning tool — a daily planner, focus timer, and motivational garden. It is not a medical device and not medical treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including ADHD, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have questions about your health, talk to a qualified professional.

2. Subscription

Meadowly requires a paid subscription ("meadowly plus"), offered monthly (€9.99/month) or yearly (€49.99/year); local prices may vary and the price shown in the app at purchase time applies. New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or via the "Manage subscription" link inside the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. If Meadowly isn’t working out, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com — we mean it when we say no hard feelings.

3. Your content

Everything you create in Meadowly (tasks, notes, wins, your meadow) is yours and is stored only on your device. We never receive it. You are responsible for backing up your device; deleting the app deletes its data.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Meadowly on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The app, including its artwork, meadow designs, and text, is our intellectual property; please don't copy, resell, or reverse engineer it.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features to keep Meadowly working and improving. We'll never take away the meadow you've grown lightly — your data lives on your device either way.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

zoned is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer (including EU consumer rights).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll update this page and note the change in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use zoned after a change means you accept the updated terms.
